With perfect concentration, the yogi transitions from Dharana (concentration) to Dhyana. In this deep meditative state, the mind-body-spirit connection is complete and consciousness is elevated to a new plane of existence.
Dhyana can also be known as “meditation,” where external distractions cease to create ripples in the still waters of the mind. The practice of meditation is widely regarded to have positive effects, and there are countless ways to practice.
Once Dhyana has been revealed, the conditioned yogi will transcend to a state of perfect bliss known as Samadhi.
